While these bracelets are fully adjustable, you will have a better fit if you specify small (ladies or skinny men) or large (men or plump ladies) or medium (for rest of us) at checkout.
Copper knots will show their aging patina over time, though you can use copper polish on them if you prefer a shiny look at all times.
